Return & Refund Policy

We are human, and as a family-owned business, your complete satisfaction is our goal. We have designed a clear and straightforward return method to resolve your requests quickly and fairly.

1. How to Return an Item

We offer a strict 30-Day Return Policy. Wheel returns and exchanges must be formally processed within 30 calendar days from purchase. Returns and exchanges lodged after this 30-day period are invalid and cannot be accepted.

• Pre-Installation Inspection: Please inspect your purchased wheels or car accessories thoroughly upon receipt and BEFORE installation.
• Transit Damage or Incomplete Orders: If you see any damage to the shipping box, please inspect the contents carefully and, if possible, take pictures of the box and the damage to submit to the carrier. In the unlikely event that your order is incomplete or damaged, please take clear photos of the item and the box, and notify us within 48 hours of receiving the package(s).
• Obtain an RMA: To return rims or car accessories, you must obtain a mandatory RMA (Return Material Authorization). To start your return, log in and go to your "My Account" page. You will be asked to select the items you are returning, select the reason, your desired outcome, and add any comments.
• Validity Window: Your return shipment must arrive at our warehouse within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date. Shipments received more than 30 days after purchase, or packages sent back without an authorized RMA clearly marked, will be strictly rejected at the warehouse and returned to sender at the customer's expense.
• Strict Condition Rule: INSTALLED, MOUNTED, OR USED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Wheels that have been used, installed on a vehicle, had tires mounted, or show any signature mounting marks are strictly ineligible for return or refund.

2. Return Fees & Shipping Costs

To ensure a fair and responsible return process, the following financial conditions apply to elective returns (buyer's remorse, changed mind, or incorrect fitment choice):

• Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for arranging and paying all shipping and handling charges derived from or related to the return or exchange.
• Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee is deducted from the final refund total for all returned items.
• Exceptions: Special orders, custom finishes, and On Sale items are sold as "Final Sale" and are not returnable or refundable under any circumstances.

3. Our Accuracy & Quality Guarantee

We rest assured that if we make a mistake, we will correct it as expeditiously as possible at zero cost to you. We will review and cover all shipping and replacement fees within the following parameters:

• We sent you auto parts or wheels that are different from the ones you ordered.
• The parts sustained damage during transit.
• The parts are defective or do not fit the intended vehicle that was originally specified in the order.
• Note: In these cases, parts must still remain uninstalled, unmounted, and unused.

4. Order Cancellations

Since we are not familiar with your vehicle or its history, you are responsible for correctly identifying the proper wheel specs you need from our online shop, just as you are responsible for the ultimate fitment.

To provide you with excellent service, we incur immediate material, labor, and warehouse processing costs once an order is placed.

• Any order cancellation while in the process of fulfillment will incur a processing fee of $25.00 per wheel.
• Once an order has been dispatched or picked up by the carrier, it can no longer be canceled and must instead be handled as a standard return, subject to the strict 30-day post-purchase arrival window.
• We will completely waive this $25.00 per-wheel processing fee if you purchased the wrong product by mistake and intend to obtain the correct replacement item from our catalog immediately.
