TERMS OF SALE

  • We Guarantee our wheels to be true, round and 100% on their structural integrity. 
  • Should you need to return an item for any reason, we extend to you a 30-day Return Policy.
  • We ship only to your PayPal confirmed address, no exceptions.
  • Sales tax, if any is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Ultimate part fitment is the responsibility of the buyer.

SHIPPING

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING via UPS Ground and FedEx within the Continental US.
  • Wheels are shipped in individual boxes. 
  • In most cases, we ship on the SAME DAY if the order is received before 1 pm US Central time. But we reserve the right to ship up to Three (3) business days from receiving confirmation of your payment.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are subject to carrier surcharges and are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • For your convenience, tracking numbers are provided to you by email, via the eBay system.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

TRACKING AND INSURANCE

For your convenience we have partnered with ROUTE+. Route+ is an optional feature that provides a premier post-purchase experience that enhances shipping visibility, reduces “where’s my order?” inquiries and failed deliveries, and increases our services value.

IN CASE OF SHIPPING DAMAGE

If you see a package with visible substantial damage, please DO NOT ACCEPT IT. The carrier will return the package to us.

If you have already accepted the shipment, notify Route+ through a seamless claim filing process. Lost, damaged, or stolen items are easily resolved with a few taps.

Otherwise, please notify us immediately and take a few pictures of the damage to the box and content. Pictures are the most important proof of the damage. Please contact UPS claims as the package Receiver, they need to hear your testimony. 

In such cases, we will replace the item (if available) after the claim has been recorded. If no replacement is available, we will refund you in full upon the claim settlement by the carrier.  

RETURN POLICY

Wheelsmart Rims strives to deliver 100% satisfaction to its customers giving the return power to you. For this, we have developed an accelerated wheel return method.

    • We have a 30-Day Return policy. Wheel returns and exchanges must be recorded within a 30-day period. Returns and exchanged lodged after said period will NOT be valid.
    • INSPECT your purchased wheels or car accessories upon receipt and BEFORE installation. If you see any damage to the shipping box, please inspect carefully and if possible, take pictures of the damage to submit to the carrier.
    • In the unlikely case the order is incomplete or damaged, please notify us within 48 hrs of receiving the package(s).
    • To return rims or car accessories, OBTAIN AN RMA (Return Material Authorization).
    • To start a Return go to "My Account" page. You will be asked to select which items in the order you are returning, the reason for the return, your desired outcome, and any additional comments you may want to include.

INSTALLED, MOUNTED OR USED ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE

There are certain conditions that will apply to a responsible return:

    • Wheels that have been used, installed, mounted or damaged are not returnable.
    • The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges derived from or related to the wheel return or exchange.
    • There is a 15% Restocking for returned items.
    • Special orders, custom finishes and On Sale items are sold as “Final Sale” and are not returnable or refundable.

We are also human, and you can rest assured that if we make a mistake, we will correct it as fast and expeditious as possible.

    • We’ve send you auto parts that are different from the one you’ve ordered.
    • Should the parts sustain damage during shipping.
    • If the parts are defective or do not fit to the intended vehicle, the vehicle the part was made for.
    • Parts must remain uninstalled, unmounted and unused as above.
