10-Day Out of Round Condition - FR will replace or repair any replica wheel found to be Out-of-Round after inspected by their designated technicians, 10 days from original date of purchase. This warranty excludes out-of-round conditions caused by improper installation, accidents, wheel impact, racing or off-road use.
2-Year Painted and Chrome and 60-Day Polished finishes - FR warrants the replica rim finish to be free from defects, blemishes and discoloration. If the finish of a replica rim is determined to be defective by a designated technician, FR will repair or replace the rim, at its sole discretion. This warranty excludes finish defects caused by accidents, wheel impact, racing or off road use, neglect, corrosion, inclement weather, chemicals and the use of caustic, acid or abrasive cleaners.
Returns
Please remember that Items must be in new unused condition and returned in original boxes with all packaging.
YOU HAVE 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO NOTIFY US IF ANY PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
Wheels which have been installed on a vehicle or had tires mounted onto them are NON-RETURNABLE.
A 15% Restocking fee will apply to returned items. NO returns accepted after 30 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm its receipt to you via email, and notify you of our final desicion regarding your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed through your original form of payment, within a period of 10 days.
