FACTORY REPRODUCTIONS OEM REPLICA WHEEL WARRANTY
Lifetime Structural Warranty - Factory Reproductions (hereinafter FR) will replace or repair any replica wheel found defective in either materials or workmanship. Applicable only to the original retailer and limited to normal road use as intended.
10-Day Out of Round Condition - FR will replace or repair any replica wheel found to be Out-of-Round after inspected by their designated technicians, 10 days from original date of purchase. This warranty excludes out-of-round conditions caused by improper installation, accidents, wheel impact, racing or off-road use.
2-Year Painted and Chrome and 60-Day Polished finishes - FR warrants the replica rim finish to be free from defects, blemishes and discoloration. If the finish of a replica rim is determined to be defective by a designated technician, FR will repair or replace the rim, at its sole discretion. This warranty excludes finish defects caused by accidents, wheel impact, racing or off road use, neglect, corrosion, inclement weather, chemicals and the use of caustic, acid or abrasive cleaners.
WARRANTIES ARE VOID IF:
- The replica rim(s) have been damaged in transit.
- Have been used for other than the intended purpose of normal on road use i.e. racing, competition or off road.
- Repairs or alterations performed by other than FACTORY REPRODUCTIONS INC.
- Misuse, negligence, accident or wheel impact.
- Improper installation or the use of incorrect wheel accessories such as wheel adaptors, spacers and non-approved lug nuts.
- Damage due to improper tire mounting procedures or the use of clip-on style wheel weights.
- Finish defects caused by negligence, corrosion, inclement weather (road salts, etc.), chemicals or the improper use of caustic, acidic and abrasive cleaners.
- Tires installed which are larger or smaller than the recommended size for the wheel rim width.
- The original retail invoice or sales receipt is not available for verification or upon transfer of title of the product by the original retail purchaser.
Returns
RETURNS (whenever applicable)
Please remember that Items must be in new unused condition and returned in original boxes with all packaging.
YOU HAVE 10 BUSINESS DAYS TO NOTIFY US IF ANY PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
Wheels which have been installed on a vehicle or had tires mounted onto them are NON-RETURNABLE.
A 15% Restocking fee will apply to returned items. NO returns accepted after 30 days. NO EXCEPTIONS.
REFUNDS (whenever applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm its receipt to you via email, and notify you of our final desicion regarding your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed through your original form of payment, within a period of 10 days.
